The Summer School was held in Cargese (France) to the IESC institute (associated partner) from the 11th to the 15th of May. 25 students: 8 students from UNIBO, 6 students from UCA, and 11 students from TUD. They were selected, respecting gender principles and equal national sharing by means of an interview with the students, previously informed about the objectives of the project. Seven teachers attended the school. Thanks to the IESC's long tradition in organizing such events, the School was carried on without any difficulty. The program of the school foreseen lectures on Standard Model, Neutrino Physics, Flavour Physics, Future High Energy Physics, and Top quark physics. Seven teachers attended the school in this edition An entire day was dedicated to the students that presented their research activities to the audience. A prototype of the web-based teaching and learning platform, including the pilot Moodle implementation, was tested. During the Summer School, students were divided into small teams and to each of them, a small task has been assigned. Each team used the pilot version of the Moodle platform and of the various services available to simulate the usage of the IO1. Feedbacks are collected and forwarded to the developers of the IO1. Thanks to the IESC's long tradition in organizing such events, the School was carried on without any difficulty. The Summer School was officially recognized by the University of Bologna, approved by the Physics Department Committee and by the Vice-Rector for Teaching and Education of the University of Bologna. This led to the opportunity of delivering 6 ECTS credits to all the attendants, provided that they receive marks during a final exam. All the students attending the school passed the exams (based on an oral presentation and a test for each lecture) and 6 ECTS were delivered to all the students.
